ELIGIBLE PROPERTY TYPES
Eligible property types for our Apartment loans are Multi Family Apartments 5+ units or Mixed Use properties with majority residential income and floor space. Properties must be occupied or rent ready. No rural markets allowed. Urban or suburban markets only.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS
For our Apartment loans, all you need is a minimum credit score required is 680, Cash required to close, LLC or Corp Documents and your property rent rolls! We only Lend to US entities. Apartment loans require previous management experience. We guide you along the way to make sure you get approved regardless of your qualifications.
